Ristorante "Il Cormorano"

Il Cormorano had been the best restaurant I’ve been to in Sardinia. I arrived a bit earlier than their opening hours but was welcomed in by and was given some bread for the wait. I had the beef filet which was great. Great quality of meat. Followed by their coconut and chocolate dessert. Everything was just delicious. The service was excellent. Super welcoming, friendly and attentive. 100% recommended!

What an incredible experience. By far some of the best dishes we had on the island. The staff is so warm and friendly, and not at all up-tight or cold. We felt welcome from the first moment, to the last. The staff was able to answer all our questions. I wish I got our waiters name, but he knew exactly how to treat us as guests, and kept us laughing all evening. As for the food... Excellent. Every course was so refined and tasted so good. Fresh, local produce and ingredients, treated with care and there was clearly thought in every dish. The set menu for €65 was MORE than worth the price. We would have happily paid more. The tuna appetizer with poppy seeds is one of the best dishes I have eaten in a long time. So tasty, so fresh! I would highly recommend this place, wether it's for a full 5 course meal, or just a quick main course and dessert! Thank you for an unforgettable evening. Me and my partner will be talking about this restaurant for a while!

Delicious food and great wine. Overall, very tasty food with a modern twist. Only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that we actually did not get what we ordered. We ordered a la carte but got the set menu instead. However, the set menu was good. Small portions though

Went there with my girlfriend and I have to say, we had a great night. We didn't know what to get so we ordered 4 different desserts and all of them were really tasty. The stuff was really nice and we also had a great time talking with the owner. All in all a great experience, Thank you :)

Delicious! We dined here multiple times during our stay in the area. The owner and the entire staff are delightful and welcoming. Modern, creative cuisine - so many great choices on the menu that we were able to try due to dining here several nights.

One of the best and chill restarurant and atmosphere! A Michelin restarurant, quite expensive, but a high quality. Nice waiters, very good wine (Vermintino) and tasty food. Totally recommend this restaurant if you are in Castelsardo...

It was so yumm. Food was amazing. Wine was to die for... And the staff was so kind and friendly. I would recommend this place to all. We will be back. 😋
