Ristorante "Il Cormorano"

My partner and I (big foodies) had an amazing experience at Ristorante Il Cormorano. We came here for lunch and not only was the food so unique, fresh and special but the service was incredible. Ambrogio was helpful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond in making our experience unforgettable. Best restaurant experience we’ve had in our two weeks travelling across Sardinia and we cannot wait to come back!!

After several visits, I'm happy to write this review: What a culinary delight. You can truly indulge yourself here. Every menu is an adventure. The wine selection is fantastic. We love spending time here together. The owners are so nice. I would also like to emphasize that they don't just deliberately sell you very expensive wines. They offer good, high-quality wines that deserve their price

What a wonderful restaurant. Every aspect was top top top, the food was amazing, the wine recommendations were both terrific value and delicious!! And to top it all off, the service was the best I've had in a restaurant in a long time (and I go to a lot of restaurants) From the gracious expert advice of the owner to the wait staff. Il Cormorano had been the best restaurant I’ve been to in Sardinia. I arrived a bit earlier than their opening hours but was welcomed in by and was given some bread for the wait. I had the beef filet which was great. Great quality of meat. Followed by their coconut and chocolate dessert. Everything was just delicious. The service was excellent. Super welcoming, friendly and attentive. 100% recommended!

What an incredible experience. By far some of the best dishes we had on the island. The staff is so warm and friendly, and not at all up-tight or cold. We felt welcome from the first moment, to the last. The staff was able to answer all our questions. I wish I got our waiters name, but he knew exactly how to treat us as guests, and kept us laughing all evening. As for the food... Excellent. Every course was so refined and tasted so good. Fresh, local produce and ingredients, treated with care and there was clearly thought in every dish. The set menu for €65 was MORE than worth the price. We would have happily paid more. The tuna appetizer with poppy seeds is one of the best dishes I have eaten in a long time. So tasty, so fresh! I would highly recommend this place, wether it's for a full 5 course meal, or just a quick main course and dessert! Thank you for an unforgettable evening. Me and my partner will be talking about this restaurant for a while!

Delicious food and great wine. Overall, very tasty food with a modern twist. Only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that we actually did not get what we ordered. We ordered a la carte but got the set menu instead. However, the set menu was good. Small portions though

Went there with my girlfriend and I have to say, we had a great night. We didn't know what to get so we ordered 4 different desserts and all of them were really tasty. The stuff was really nice and we also had a great time talking with the owner. All in all a great experience, Thank you :)
